Delsys Pharmaceutical Isolators

  This equipment is used for power packing. The T-shape transition chamber positioned between the Two boxes, that the end-users are easy to reach any module. The door driven by air could interlock. in the right side of the Box top, there is a cooling device which Could maintain the temperature at 1 degree Celsius This box is for store. The left box integrated with one molecule sieve tube, one moisture meter and one Bypass circuit for maintaining a super-dry environment. The dry gas re-circulate through the HEPA filter。There are round corner in the box on right hand which is easy to clean and remove dust. The whole Front-widow connected with gemel and air plunger assist up to needed position. This function is to help user bring or take out the big equipment which can not be put in through the antechamber


 

DPR/Thoratec Pharmaceutical Isolators Barrier

  • This system was designed for the safe handling of DMAC (dimethyl acetamide)
  • The isolator ran as a continuous purge system, using nitrogen as working gas

  The process involved starting from air, purging the main chamber down to a specific level of moisture and then placing product in the chamber through the outside door. Once the outside door was closed a chamber purging cycle was initiated and a red light was illuminated. Once the chamber was purged the red light would go off and a green light would turn on. This would signal to the operator that the inside door could be opened. If either door was opened prior to the completion of the cycle an alarm would sound and the cycle would have to be started from the beginning. If moisture went higher than the safety level the alarm would also sound. This system met class 1 division 1 groups C and D and had radius corners for ease of cleaning and a sloped floor to a drain for spill containment.
